The Practice by Themefuse is a responsive business theme specifically developed for attorneys, legal offices and consultancy firms. The theme is very well suitable for independent business professionals in general, however.
This theme supports natively one WordPress 3 menu, right aligned in the header.

By default, the theme incorporates six widgetized areas:
- General Sidebar
- five Footers
In addition, the theme allows you to create your own sidebars, either left or right of the content area. You can assign a custom sidebar to Posts, Pages, Categories, Archives, the Front Page and the 404 Error Page.
This Themefuse theme offers three page templates: Default, Careers, and Contact.
When accessing the panel for the first time, you get an option to auto install the theme. This step is optional, but will guide to a correct initial setup. Please note that the auto install should not be executed on an existing WordPress installation.

The FuseFramework is the core part of the theme options panel, and serves six horizontal tabs:
Each of these tabs comprehends one or more toggle boxes.
The General tab has sections for General Settings, Social, Disable Theme Settings, and WordPress Admin Style. The Disable Theme Settings section gives you the ability to tweak the theme according to your preferences.
The Practice comes with a vast collection of shortcodes for tables, charts, columns, maps, video players, slideshows, buttons, galleries, buttons, testimonials, Twitter, Flickr, toggle content, tabs, frames, etc.
By default, the theme displays the blogfeed on the homepage. Basically, the combination of the Themefuse shortcodes and a static homepage, allows you compose any kind of homepage you like.
The Homepage tab lets you set your preferred blog category for the homepage. You can select any category from Posts and Cases.
Cases is a custom post type that comes with its own categories. The other custom post types are Testimonials, and Sliders. Other modules added by the theme are Contact Forms and Reservations.
At the Posts tab you can set your preferences for the position and dimensions of images, thumbnails, and videos. You can alter these settings for individual posts. In addition, you can choose to display either the excerpt or the full content of posts.
The WordPress Add New/Edit Post is extended with custom fields for: post media, post media dimensions, single post page slider, and SEO. In the Single Post box, you can disable or enable the Image, Video, Gallery, Comments, Author Info Box, Meta, Published Date and Share Buttons.
At the Newsletter page of the options panel, you can enter your API key of the CampaignMonitor or MailChimp e-mail service – that is when you use one of these two services for your subscriber list and e-distribution.
The WordPress Featured Image is not supported. However, by using the theme’s media features, you will achieve a full support: the image will be displayed on pages as well as in posts.
The price stated of $55 is regarding the Standard Pack of ThemeFuse The Practice. This includes the theme files, life-time support and updates. And you are allowed to use the theme on an unlimited number of domains. All for a one-time fee.
For $95 you can also obtain the Developer Pack. The Developer pack includes everything the Standard Pack does, plus the Photoshop layered document (PSD) files, and a bonus theme (Standard version) for free. And again, no recurring fees.
So, with the Developer Pack you get two themes. One with the PSD files, and one without. When desired, you can upgrade a Standard version of a theme to the Developer version by paying the difference.
Another option with ThemeFuse is the Club Membership. For a yearly fee of $195, you get access to all themes, the PSD files of these themes, theme updates and support. And you are allowed to use the themes on an unlimited number of websites.
