The theme adds several modules to the WordPress menu; Tevolution, Booking System, Templatic, and three for its custom post types: Booking, House, and Room. Each post type has its own categories and tags.
The custom settings of the Booking post type include details like contact details of the guest, booking settings and the booking status (Pending, Approved, Cancelled).
Concerning a House, the custom settings include tax, number of guests, Google Maps location, closing days, and prices per day, week and month differentiated according to the number of persons.
Regarding a Room, the custom settings include tax, number of guests, closing days, and prices per day, week and month differentiated according to the number of persons.
The Tevolution plugin lets you to create and maintain theme features like custom fields and custom post types like the Booking, House, and Room post types.
The Booking System is an extension of Tevolution that offers tabs where you can:
- enter contact details
- manage prices
- check the booking calendar
- customize the e-mail settings, booking and payment notifications
- set taxes, deposit percentage and select the pages for the form, cancel page and calendar page
The Booking System includes an online booking form so that customers are able to book available rooms and or houses through your website.
The Templatic module takes care of theme and framework updates and includes several links to resources where you can get help.

For every single page, post and custom post type, you can choose from four layouts:

The Layouts tab lets you set the global page layout. Your options are default, one column, and two columns with a left or a right sidebar.
You upload the Header Image at the Appearance >> Header page. Here you set whether you want it to display before or after the secondary menu.
The Navigation options let you select your menu for secondary and footer navigation.
The Colors settings offer you the opportunity to customize the colorization of:

- Links, Headings and Titles
- Page Content
- Sub Text
The Background Settings let you configure your preference for the background image. You can select one of the 17 texture overlays included with 5 Star, add your custom texture or opt for no background image at all.
Site Logo is where you can upload your logo and favicon. Instead of the logo you can also have the theme to display the site title and tag line, which you can customize at the Site Title & Tagline.
At the General Settings you have the ability to check or uncheck the following options: hide the auto-install, use of the custom.css file, enable the sticky header menu, show author biography on posts, show author biography on pages, show breadcrumbs.

The Contact Page Settings allow you to enable the Captcha and Inquiry Form.
At the Listing Page Settings you decide what to hide or display: Image, No-Image-Available, Author Name, Publish Date, Terms of Post, Excerpts. In addition, you can set the excerpt length and customize the Read More text.
The Detail Page Settings let you enable the view counter, share buttons for Facebook, Google+, Pinterest and Twitter and the comments on pages, posts, rooms and houses.
At the 404 Page Setting you can enter the slug(s) of the page(s) you wish to display in case on the 404 Error Page in case of a ‘page not found’ situation.
The Footer serves a text box where you are able to customize the footer text. This can be done with HTM and/or with shortcodes.
The Add Google Analytics code offers a text box where you can enter your tracking code.

Upon activation you are offered the possibility to insert sample data. Although an excellent way to get acquainted with the features of the theme, this should not be done when you have entered content yourself already.
With Templatic, you can either purchase a single theme license or become a member of the Premium Themes Club.
The stated price of $65 is regarding the Standard License that allows you to use the theme on one domain.
The fee for the Developer License is $99. The major differences are that: 1) the Developer License includes the PSD files, and 2) allows you to use the theme on an unlimited domains.
In both situations you are entitled to lifetime usage of the theme, but you will have access to updates and support for one year. It is possible to extend this period of updates and support for a yearly fee of 30% of the initial purchase price – so you do there is no need to repurchase the theme after the first year.
